Refund Policy

1. No refunds on subscriptions
All fees paid for Apna Offer subscription plans are non-refundable. This includes new purchases, renewals, plan changes, and any applicable taxes or gateway charges passed through to you.
2. Why we do not offer refunds
We provide a 14-day free trial that starts when your store is created. During the trial you can use Apna Offer to build your store, add products and offers, share your public link, and use the tools you need to decide whether the product fits your business.
Because you can explore the service at no charge before you pay, a paid subscription is a deliberate purchase made after you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate Apna Offer. For that reason we do not provide refunds after payment.
3. Trial and billing
- The free trial is for evaluation only and does not require a paid subscription.
- If you subscribe during or after your trial, you will be charged according to the plan and billing cycle you select. Those charges are not refundable.
- If you do not wish to continue after the trial, you may cancel or avoid subscribing before you are charged. We are not responsible for charges you authorize after choosing a paid plan.
4. Renewals, upgrades, and downgrades
Renewal fees, upgrades, and plan changes are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you typically retain access to paid features until the end of your current paid period; we do not refund unused time for voluntary cancellation.
5. Payment processing and fees
Your bank or payment provider may charge separate fees. We do not control those fees and are not liable to refund them. Any payment gateway or processing fees charged by third parties are separate from Apna Offer subscription fees.
6. Billing errors and disputes
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same subscription period), contact us promptly at info@capstoneitsolution.com with your account details and transaction information. We will review legitimate billing errors. This does not change our general policy: we do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase, given the free trial period described above.
For chargebacks or payment disputes, we encourage you to contact us first so we can help resolve the issue. Opening a dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Apna Offer after changes means you accept the updated policy.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy, billing, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India only, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
